How to Volunteer
MMIX programs are built using the MMIXAL language and are extremely useful due to the many ways that both the programs and language can be used. It is quite easy to learn and a person will find that they are quickly able to understand the commands that make up an MMIX program. However, the MMIX community is largely built from volunteers that contribute their time and coding ability to make the project a success.
A person that would like to volunteer to help the MMIX project can help in many ways. Those with extensive knowledge in computer programming can crank out lines of code for a new program or help by consulting. Even a person that does not have programming ability can volunteer their time to help spread the word about MMIX and how it can be productively used. Every little bit helps and each volunteer will be making a contribution that will be rewarded by more programs that use this architecture.
